How can you clean your furniture and thoroughly remove banana stains? Professional Cleaners are there to help!

Bananas leave a gooey mess on a sofa, which, if ignored, will result in unsightly stains. Remove banana stains from carpets and upholstery with these tips.
Rinse the affected garment with water. To do this, turn it inside out once to get the leftovers inside. If you want to pull the remnants out of the garment, sprinkle some salt or baby powder on the affected area and wait a few minutes. Pretreat the stains with some dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent (mixed with water).
Dried banana stains can be removed with white spirit or gall soap. Apply one of the two agents to the stain and let it take effect for a short time. Then dab the stain with clear water from the outside inwards. Then put it in the washing machine. If all else fails, try a commercially available stain remover.

The same applies here: the faster you act, the easier it is to remove the banana stains from the carpet. So wash fresh banana pieces directly from the fibers with a damp cloth. Benzine, gall soap or a simple detergent are suitable for removing dried-in stains. Simply mix the detergent with water to blot the stain out of the carpet.
Small, scattered stains can be easily removed with a cotton swab and benzine. To do this, soak the cotton swab in white spirit and dab at the stains one by one until they are gone. Then wipe off with clear water. For very stubborn stains, a vacuum cleaner or steam cleaner will help. These penetrate deep into the fibers to remove all residues there.
Remove banana stains from upholstery
Fresh banana stains can be easily removed with sparkling water. To do this, pour some sparkling water directly onto the stain. The carbonic acid now washes the stains out of the fabric. Incidentally, this also works with fresh red wine stains. Then dab the stain from the outside in with a cleaning cloth and let the upholstery dry thoroughly. If you are stuck with this method, use white spirit or gall soap. For fabric upholstery, you can also mix some detergent with water and use it as a cleaning agent.
