What is on your office chairs
- Body oils and sweat in the seat and backrest — the darkened, slightly shiny zones
- Coffee and lunch spills, usually just wiped

How often
- Standard office, assigned desks: deep clean once a year, more if the space is warm or dense.
- Hot-desking / shared chairs: every 6 months — multiple users, no ownership, faster soiling.

- Move-in / after a lease change: once, before staff sit down.

- Chairs rolled to one area — a conference room or open zone.

Mesh, fabric, leather

Can you clean while staff are working?
Yes, area by area — but after-hours is faster and nobody sits on a damp chair. Most clients pick evenings.
Do you move the chairs back to the right desks?
If they are labeled or you give us a plan — yes. Otherwise we return them to the zone we took them from.
We are in a building with a service elevator schedule. Problem?
No — tell us the window when booking and we bring the equipment in accordingly, same as with Manhattan residential buildings.
