How commercial visits differ from home visits
Three things change: timing, volume and paperwork. We come after closing or on weekends, price per unit drops with quantity, and we can invoice your company instead of taking card on the spot. If your building has service-elevator rules or scheduling requirements, tell us when booking and we’ll plan around them.
Pricing

Yes — evenings and weekends are our standard slots for offices and restaurants. Most fabric seats are dry in 2–4 hours, ready for opening.
Do you offer recurring service contracts?
Yes. Restaurants usually book quarterly, busy offices twice a year. A fixed per-visit rate is agreed in advance.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes, we issue invoices for business clients — no need to pay card on site.
How many chairs can you clean in one visit?
Around 20–30 office chairs per evening per technician. Larger volumes we split across two visits or bring a second technician.
