Can you work around our housekeeper’s schedule?
Yes, and it is the common arrangement: we coordinate directly with whoever runs the household calendar and keep the client informed separately.
Silk-blend upholstery — will you touch it?
After fiber and dye testing, with low-moisture method, yes. If testing says the dye is unstable, we say so and stop — that honesty is why the pieces survive (no magic promises).
